Danish students and teachers visit the Center for Peace in Mostar

Mostar - Students and teachers from Dronninglund Efterskole in Denmark visited the Center for Peace in Mostar as part of an educational visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During the visit, the guests had the opportunity to learn about the history of Mostar, the reasons behind the founding of the Center for Peace, its establishment and work, as well as the extensive documentation the Center has gathered over 24 years of existence. They were also introduced to the awards that the Center presents to the many friends of Mostar who, in the most difficult of times, contributed to building peace and reconciliation in the city and in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This visit is yet another example of how young people from different parts of the world learn about the history, culture, values, and beauty of Mostar through such encounters.
